  RENT. The total rent for 1 week is One thousand, five hundred DOLLARS ($1,500.00), plus 13% tax, plus a $200 housekeeping fee (which includes bed linens and bath towels - Please remember to bring you beach towels!) payable as follows: A $750 deposit is required to secure the reservation. Five hundred of this deposit is the security deposit, which will be returned to tenant within two weeks of termination of lease, provided there has been no damage/loss to the property during the tenancy. Of the remaining deposit, Two hundred, fifty dollars ($250) is refundable if cancellation is made, in writing, a minimum of 30 days prior to occupancy. Entire $750 deposit is forfeited, if cancellation is not made in writing to Landlord, at least 30 days prior to occupancy. The remainder of the sum, $1645.00, is payable prior to occupancy. TOTAL to RENT: $2385, including security deposit.
