PAYMENT IN POUNDS STERLING OR DOLLARS CAN BE ACCEPTED - A non-refundable deposit of £150 - $250 will secure a booking.
Balance must be paid in full 8 weeks priors to the arrival date.
If canceled between 4 and 8 weeks prior to rental, 50% of the rental cost is payable. If cancelled in the 4 weeks prior to rental, 100% of the rental cost is payable.
We accept payment by either US $ check or UK £ cheque.

Southern Dunes: Lake View Villa is a luxury villa backing directly onto Lake Joe. This modern villa is located in the Davenport Florida Area and is on a 24 hour manned gated community situated 20 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and all of the attractions in Orlando. Southern Dunes is a beautiful Golf and Country Club setting with sidewalks throughout for those early morning strolls of jogs. It has three community Swimming Pools, two tennis courts, a tots play area, gym, club house, golf shop, putting green, golf range and of course the award winning golf course. As the villa backs onto the lake, you will enjoy seeing many different types of birds and other wild life from the comfort of the villa.
Golf: For golfers, you have lots of choice. In addition to staying on Southern Dunes, one of the top golf courses in Florida you have many others close by within easy driving distance. For example Highland Reserve, Champions Gate, Celebration, Orange Lake Country Club, Falcons Fire golf Club, Mystic Dunes Golf and Country Club. Walt Disney World also offers several golf courses for you to play. Osprey Ridge – venture into its natural splendour, Lake Buena Vista – experience a resort country club setting, Palm – test yourself on this stunning course, Magnolia – play where the champions compete, Oak Trail have a good time with the whole family on this 9 hole walking course. In Kissimmee there is Kissimmee Bay Golf Club, Kissimmee Golf Flub, Kissimmee Oaks Golf Club.
Things to Do: Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center & Daytonna Beach: In just over an hour you can be on the Atlantic coast which is great for a beach day out or to see a shuttle launch if your Florida vacation co-incides with one. At Daytonna Beach you can drive your car onto the beach but Cocoa Beach is the nearest. St Pete’s, Clearwater, Fort de Soto: These beaches are about an hour and half away on the Gulf of Mexico.
