Southwest Harbor Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 Securitiy Deposit. 1 week bookings for July/Aug can be made after May 1.
- For the period: June 15 to June 29 2013, the weekly rate is $2200, a two week stay would be $4000.
As mentioned above, we encourage a 2-week minimum stay. A one week period may be a possibility to fill in available spacing.
For the period June 29 to July 27, 2013, the weekly rental is $2300, a two week stay would be $4300, the monthly rate (June 29 to July 27) would be $8300.
For the period July 27 - August 31, the weekly rate (if available) is $2500,. The rate for 2-weeks is $4500, and the monthly rate is $8400..
For the period August 31 to Sept 29, the weekly rate (if available) is $2200. The rate for 2 weeks is $4000, for 4 weeks $7500. - For the period June 15 to June 29, 2013, the rates for the cottage are: Weekly (if available) $2200, Two weeks $4000, For 4 weeks: $7500.
