Edgecumbe Volcano, Old Sitka Rocks Suite is a lower level 1 bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple and one additional person. It features all the expected amenities of a vacation home, including comfort and accessibility to shopping as well as our many historical and natural sites of interest. The “Old Sitka Rocks” actually are seven small islands that are a magnet for bird life and marine mammals. Just stepping out your door, it is a rare time that Bald Eagles are not soaring overhead, perched in the tall Sitka Spruce, or swooping low over the water in search of a meal. The Pelagic Cormorant and a variety of water foul.

Closeby activities: Halibut Point Rec is a short 5 minutes walk, which has wonderful old growth forest hiking trails, picnic tables, salmon stream. Also the Estuary hiking trail, which winds up into a wild flower meadow is closeby. Another closeby trail is Mosquito Cove Trail. Also visit our major salmon viewing stream.
