With its southwest exposure this Ruffino model has fantastic views over a lake to the Classics golf course. It benefits from full afternoon sun and spectacular sunset views from the heated pool and spa. Being the owners vacation home the 2500 sqft is filled with everything needed to make you feel home from home. Large sliding doors from the Great Room open onto the extended lanai where there is a table, 6 chairs, BBQ, sofa and 4 luxury loungers for you to enjoy. For the more energetic, bikes and tennis rackets are also provided. Inside, the house is elegantly furnished and comprises a Great Room/Living room, separate Dining room, luxury eat-in Kitchen and Breakfast Nook. The Master and Guest bedroom have King beds, TV and phone and there is also a Twin bedroom. The Study has a desk, Internet access, TV and Queen sleeper sofa. To complete your stay membership of The Players Club and Spa is available for an extra fee and offers many extra facilities such as tennis courts and restaurant.
