Spring City Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee depends on number of people/pets. There is no other charge for pets!
- Cleaning fee $65-200 (depending on number of guests/length of stay/pets/etc.)
Pets are welcome, but require an additional deposit fee or cleaning fee.
Four night minimum for the peak season from May through September.
Two night minimum for the rest of the year, October through April.
Cancellation within 30 days.
50% of the rental fee is due to confirm your reservation. The balance is required 7 days prior to guest arrival.
Personal checks and money orders accepted.
If guests wish to pay via PayPal, a 5% fee must be added to the total bill. - Cleaning fee depends on number of people/pets and length of stay. There is no other charge for pets!
