The local harbor is offering fishing, scuba diving, whale watching trips and channel islands excursions. There are local Herzog Wine Cellars and Old Creek Ranch Winery in the area. But the famous Santa Barbara Wineries are just 40 minutes drive. You will find a beachfront Embassy suites Mandalay Bay Resort just a few steps from the house. The resorts restaurant 'Capistrano' is offering fine cuisine, bar and dancing. The home features fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fireplace, three TVs, pool table, patio with BBQ.
