From antique shops to upscale boutiques to home decor, this town is a shoppers delight. From burgers to barbecue to fine dining on the water, the dining choices are wonderful.
Your Waterside vacation home is so charming, filled with activities you may just stay put and cook up a wonderful meal in the fully stocked kitchen and dine alfresco on the patio outside. After you swim in the cool waters of Lake Chatuge, you may want to soak in the hot tub, while watching the sunset. A game room and a top floor balcony overlooking the wide vistas waits you at Waterside.

And for day trips, here you are, a 2 1/2 hour drive to Gaitlinburg, Asheville, and Chatanooga! 1 1/2 hours to Atlanta. The bavarain town of Helen is a picturesque 20 mile drive. Dohlanego is close by with its gold mine history, the list is endless. Dillard, Cashiers, and the Highlands are fun places to visit within 1 1/2 hours away. Don't miss the small town 'Mayberry' feel of Clayton 30 minutes away. There is so much to see, you will want to return again and again.

Waterside is in a lovely residential neighborhood. There is a road between the property and the grass path that leads down to the lake. The lake is shallow on the shoreline and gradually becomes deeper as you go out. There is not dock space available with the property and the rate reflects that, however it is possible to anchor offshore and swim or wade to shore at your own discretion. There is also room in the carpart to park a small boat. There are marina facilities nearby to rent a watercraft if you prefer. In the summer, kayaks and a paddleboat are available for an additional charge and a signed waiver is required.

For large parties of more than 8-10 and up to 14, contact owner as adjacent property may also be available! KAYAKS, AND PADDLEBOAT ARE AVAILABE AT EXTA CHARGE OF $10 PER DAY AND SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER ON FILE. There is no dock space available with the property. Lake levels are not guaranteed.
