- We require a $400 security deposit (in addition to rental fees) refundable upon termination of your stay. Price is $300/night double occupancy. Minimum 3 nights or $2,000 per week including breakfast. We charge $25 per person, per night for any occupants over 2. There is a 4% handling fee on the entire rental. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. We prefer payment via Paypal but we do accept credit cards or you may wire funds to our account.
