Massanutten Cabin Details
The Escape at Massanutten: The Escape is a 4 bedroom home with a full kitchen and stone wood-burning fireplace. There is a great room with family room and adjoining kitchen and dining area for family gatherings. A large front porch and deck off the back are perfect for a dinner outside or simply to sit, relax and unwind in the heart of the mountains and the Massanutten kettle. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has bunkbeds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa. All beds are new, pillowtop mattresses with your comfort and a restful nights sleep in mind. The furnishings throughout the home are new and in mint condition.
Water Park: The Massanutten Water Park is a very impressive, 4 acre water park, with about 42,000 sq. ft. of indoor water park area in Phase One open year round, and 88,000 sq. ft. of outdoor water park area open in the summertime. There are numerous slides inside the park, along with a lazy river and many other water activities. The outside area has a racing slide, a wave pool and several other water amenities. The complex also houses a food court, lockers and showers, a 'state of the art' video arcade, and a full service restaurant. The park is the finest such facility on the East Coast, at a cost of over $30 million dollars. The Escape is stocked with a full line of brochures providing information on numerous additional area activities, including snow tubing and canoeing
