Holidays - $185/Night (Minimum 2-3 night stay).

Off Season - $125/Night, $775/Week (Minimum 2 night stay).
$500 deposit, 12% tax, $50 Cleaning Fee & $25 Pet Fee applies, NO EXCEPTIONS.
