Our custom-designed, 2400 square foot spacious Tahoe home is located in the Tahoe Donner community on 2 lots, only 25 minutes from Reno and three and one-half hours from the Bay Area. It features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining and enough room for multiple families to relax and enjoy the comforts of mountain living. Kids can enjoy the private snow-play level lot behind the house. Level driveway with extra parking for guests. This home is ideal for company retreats and gatherings. Summers in Tahoe is relaxing whether you want to boat on the lake, horse back ride at the Donner Equestrian Center, hiking, swimming in the 3 pools, work out facility and tennis courts. We are conveniently located 20 minutes from internationally-rated ski resorts such as Squaw Valley USA, Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Sugar Bowl. Discount ski tickets are available from the owner.
