- We keep a portable playpen in the closet which can double as a crib, for your use, free of charge. If you wish to accommodate up to 2 additional children, please let us know in advance and we will arrange to have a folding double mat and extra linens and pillows put in the unit for a flat fee of $75 for the length of your stay. There is no surcharge to the rental rates for the children, just a fee to cover our costs for laundry and having the mat put in and out of the unit, and to buy a replacement mats as needed.
