We are located in the town of Westerly at the southwestern end of RI. Our beaches include Misquamicut and Watch Hill, a 7 mile stretch of sandy, bathing beaches with pristine waters. Stanton Realty was established in 1959. A small family owned real estate business that developed into Misquamicut's most successful sales, rental and property management agency. Over the decades, Misquamicut Beach weathered many storms, underwent many changes, and is presently recognized as one of the top 12 vacation destinations in North America. Due to Stanton's unique foresight, drive, and determination, Stanton Realty withstood the tests of time, prospered and grew.

Right at end of exit ramp onto Rt. 2 for approximately 1.5 miles. Right onto Rt. 78 for approximately 3 miles to the traffic light. Straight at light onto Airport Road to a stop sign. Left at stop sign onto Winnapaug Road. Continue straight toward the ocean. Stanton Realty is approximately 500 feet before the ocean. Directions to Stanton Realty - Southbound from Boston, MA Approximately 1 1/2 hours from Boston. Follow 95 South to Exit 1. Right at end of exit ramp onto Rt. 3 for approximately 5 miles. Left onto Rt. 78 for approximately 2 miles to the traffic light. Straight at light onto Airport Road to a stop sign. Left at stop sign onto Winnapaug Road. Continue straight toward the ocean.
