- A security deposit in the amount of $500 and a copy of your Driver's license is required with each weekly rental. Security deposits are less with shorter stays and weekend getaways. All security deposits are refunded* within 72 hours of rental end date. ( * = As long as no damage was done during the rental time. )
50% deposit is due at lease signing. The balance, security, and cleaning fees are due 30 days before start of rental.
