Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee will be returned if home left in same condition as found.
- For summer and off peak rentals, there is a $300 security deposit and $75 cleaning fee. Both fully refundable if nothing damaged and home left as found. Tenant to provide own linens unless other arrangement made with owners.
For full season academic rental, September to Memorial Day - $1100 per month plus security deposit as well credit and reference check. No smokers or pets.
Please note that during summer, rentals must be in no less than two week increments (Island View Beach Association rules) - 2013 Summer rates -$1350 per week ; 2 week minimum (association rules)
May, early June, Sept. and Oct. weekly rental - $1000 per week.
Fall 2013 Academic Rental - October to mid May - $1100 per month plus utilities (full term only).
