There is also a wet bar and refrigerator located within the theater room.
One sky lit loft office is located on the top level. One multi-use Phone/Fax/Scan/Printer is placed in the office as well with unlimited local/long distance phone/fax (within U.S. and Canada). Connected to this office is a walkout balcony overlooking the Chicago Skyline. 2nd Level - 1 Master Bedroom with 1 Jacuzzi, stone stand up shower with body sprays, and walk-in closet. There are also 2 bedrooms and one extra full bathroom on this level. 1st Level - Hosts a kitchen with all required cooking appliances, serving plates and glasses, dual convectional oven, and oversize sub-zero refrigerator.
