The location is ideal for those who desire a quiet, private area yet close enough to walk to almost everything. The townhouse is simply decorated, very spacious (2,200 sq ft) and comfortable with a nine foot ceiling in the living room that opens to a sun room, vaulted ceilings in third floor bedrooms, and a patio on the ground floor for barbecuing and relaxing. It is ideal for multiple families yet suitable for single families. Each bedroom has it's own full bath!! Garage and driveway parking included with additional parking in side lot. Rehoboth Beach(non-metered areas only) and Dewey Beach parking pass also included.
