Amelia Island Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Extra cleaning available from our housekeepers for longer stays ($65/cleaning).
- We have held our rates constant for more than five years!
Last-minute deep discounts (up to 50 percent!!) sometimes available--look for one, two, or three night 'black holes' between rental blocks! It can't hurt to ask!!
Ask about our 10 percent discount for military (active, retired, veteran, reserves) or senior guests (55+)! - We require a $200 damage/loss deposit to make and hold your reservation.
You may pay your rent balance in two payments if you wish.
Rates shown do not include the 11 percent state and local tax.
A one-time $65 cleaning fee will be added to your total for any length stay, and the cleaning fee is also taxed at 11 percent. Extra cleaning at the same basic rate available from our housekeepers for longer stays.
We use PayPal or personal check. You may use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
