Amelia Island Condo Details
Iowa couple finds paradise!: We are an Iowa couple (educators) who fell in love with Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach; we know you will too! You will also love our condominium villa at Amelia Landings. It is nestled in a very secluded, oak-lined, serene setting. Yet, you are a five- to ten-minute walk to a public access to beautiful Amelia Island beach! A short, private drive leads you to our building, and there is ample parking. Our villa is on the second floor of a three-story building.
You spoke, we listened!!: New Lower Rates--We are returning to the 2007 rates. Why? Because we weren't getting renters at the increased 2008 rates, that's why. We may be from Iowa, but we are not foolish enough to keep doing something that wasn't working! We are are now taking reservations for the popular spring and summer seasons (March-August). We love any time of the year on Amelia Island, and so will you, but spring and early summer are especially great!
