Gulf Shores Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Special rates may apply to certain holidays and special events.
- * 4th of July week, one week minimum
* Labor day weekend, 3 night minimum at $175/night
* Shrimp fest weekend, 3 night minimum = $450
* Thanksgiving holiday, 3 night minimum = $450
* Winter monthly rentals range from $1100 to $1400/month - These rates are subject to change, and are approximate. There is an additional charge of $100.00 per reservation which includes cleaning and taxes. $200+ security and damage deposit per rental for short stays. For one month or longer rentals, $500 deposit is required. Four night minimum during the summer rate period and some holidays. Three night minimum remainder. Rent is due one month in advance. A $200 security/damage deposit is required to reserve your dates. No refund of rent is made upon cancellation by renter, if cancellation (or date change request) is made less than 30 days before rental period.
