Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekends: $575- $1150, weeks: $1525- $2575, holiday rates are higher, 3 night minimum for holidays
- For the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath (main part of the house):
Holiday weekend rate, 3 night minimum, for 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 2 people is $865.
Holiday week, 2 people is $1625
Rates for 2 bedroom/ 2 bath are for 2 people- each additional person is $25 per person/ per night.
FOR WHOLE HOUSE- 4 BEDROOMS/ 3 BATHS: Rates for 4 bedrooms are for up to 6 people (house can sleep 8 people). Additional people are $25 per person per night
Weekends, up to 6 people: $1150, weeks: $2575, additional nights: $295, midweek rates: $475 per night. Each additional person is $25 per person/ per night
Holiday weekend, 3 nights, whole house: $1600, holiday week $2700
Midweek/weeknights are Sun-Thur
Weekends are Thur- Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat- Sun.
Additional night rate applies to weekend stays or longer
There is a $20 trash and recycling fee for 6 or more people.
