THERE IS NO SECURITY DEPOSIT.
In lieu of a security deposit your credit card will be held on file. If there are damages to the house during your stay, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an invoice. You agree to this by reserving the house. You are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or its contents by you or any other member of your group, individually or collectively, while you are the registered occupant of the property.
Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to the OWNER, Michael Kreinhop, immediately. If no answer please leave a message. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance should also be reported on a survey that will be e-mailed to you after your check out, so the house can be kept in good repair. - RENTAL CONDITIONS & COST:
The rental fee must be received thirty (30) days or more prior to the check in date. The house may be rented for Saturday to Saturday only for $589.00/week plus 12% Florida state and county taxes. There is no refund for stays less than one week. For stays longer than seven (7) nights, please e-mail the owner at: mkreinhop@comcast.net or telephone at 800-707-6991. Pool heat is an additional $12.85 per day.
Payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Pay Pay, cashier's check, or money order.
CANCELLATION:
Full refund if cancellation is more than thirty (30) days prior to the check in date. No refunds if cancellation is less thirty (30) days prior to the check in date. Optional travel insurance may be purchased to protect against financial loss.
