There is no security deposit.
In lieu of a security deposit your credit card will be held on file. If there are damages to the house during your stay, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an invoice. You agree to this by reserving the house. You are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or its contents by you or any other member of your group, individually or collectively, while you are the registered occupant of the property.
Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to the OWNER, Michael Kreinhop, immediately. If no answer please leave a message. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance should also be reported on a survey that will be e-mailed to you after your check out, so the house can be kept in good repair. -
RENTAL CONDITIONS & COST:
The rental fee must be received thirty (30) days or more prior to the check in date. The house may be rented for Saturday to Saturday only for $575.00/week plus 12% Florida tax. There is no refund for stays less than one week. For stays longer than seven (7) nights, please e-mail the owner at: mkreinhop@comcast.net or telephone at 800-707-6991. Pool heat is an additional $90 per week. For stays more than one week pool heat is an additional $15 per day.
Payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Pay Pay, cashier's check, or money order.
CANCELLATION:
Full refund if cancellation is more than thirty (30) days prior to the check in date. No refunds if cancellation is less thirty (30) days prior to the check in date. Optional travel insurance may be purchased to protect against financial loss.

LOCATION OF HOUSE: The vacation house is in the Briargrove Community, which is located 30 miles southwest of the Orlando International Airport. The house may be reached from the airport by traveling west on Interstate 4 and taking exit 58. From the exit turn right onto Champions Gate Boulevard and travel approximately one mile to Ronald Reagan Parkway, where Champions Gate Boulevard ends. At the stop sign turn left onto Ronald Reagan Parkway (County Road 54), travel approximately one mile, and turn right into the Briargrove Community. Travel approximatley two-tenths (.2) of a mile and turn left onto Battlegrove Drive, the house is the second on the right. The house is located along the south side of Ronald Reagan Parkway (County Road 54) and three miles east of US 27 in northern Polk County. The house is conveniently located just two miles from Interstate 4, which provides easy access to all of the theme parks and other major attractions
ATTRACTIONS: Disney World-just 10 miles away. Universal Studios Sea World Many nearby shops and restaurants Several golf courses, including Champions Gate, Orange Lake, and The Legends are only minutes away. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast are approximately one hour away. The beaches near Tampa and Clearwater on the west coast are approximately one hour away. Premium Outlets-Name Brand Outlet Stores offering 25% to 65% savings are located along Interstate 4, exit 68, and approximately 1 mile east of Disney World
