• Security and cleaning deposits:
  A security deposit of $250 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines, fees, or damages. A one-time cleaning fee per visit of $40 is collected for this home.
  Check-In and Departure:
  Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
  Cancellation Policy:
  In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200 processing fee) 45 days prior & refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
  Reservations:
  Reservations are on a first come basis. Reservations are only confirmed & guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received one month prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
  Sending Payment:
  Make 'Deposit (50% of payment)' or 'Payment in Full' out to Beth Bemiss. Send a 'cashier's check' or 'money order' for the first payment. Send the check regular mail and not certified
