All condos are the same size, have a full bathroom and a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two bunks in an extra wide hallway, a sofa sleeper in the living room and have two bathrooms. The two upstairs condos were more extensively remodeled and include washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite counter, new tile, and a new walkin tiled shower in the master bedroom. Small pets are allowed when approved. The 4th condo in this 4-plex is occupied by an onsite manager. The pool and gazebo take up the entire backyard and is shared only by the four condos. It's the nicest pool and backyard in a small complex on South Padre Island. Wow, what a place to gather with family and friends. It is located in the middle of South Padre and is near restaurants and shopping and most important it is only 1 block from the beach.
