Cancellation Fee $40.
Deposit refundable after departure and unit is checked. NO REFUND IF ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING.
Deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check in date and if canceled within 14 days of check in date, there will be a refund only if I am able to rent the unit during the time you reserved.
Cleaning Fee $70, 11% Tax, Parking Fee $20 per car and to be paid on site.
3% fee to pay with a credit card through Pay Pal.
I have a keyless lock and I will assign you an entry code after I receive your payment.
Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from November to March at very reasonable rates.
