Kitchen has new counter tops, electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, new dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. After a day at the beach come home to a beautiful and private backyard garden and patio for a cookout and more relaxation. The perfect beach house. Rental beginning the last week August will run through Labor Day at no additional charge.

This house is located at the northern end of Ocean City two blocks north of the boardwalk which runs from 1st Street to 14th Street. The house is located on the beach block of Ocean Road. This area is known as the 'Garden Section' of Ocean City and is made up of primarily of single family houses. Ocean City is rated one of the number one family resort town in the United States.
