Local family members of owner are available for assistance with limited questions or problems.
Santa Barbara is a beloved destination.: * This mild-weathered, year-round, California Rivera town has maintained limited growth and caters to two adjacent wealthy communities, thus the town has available the services and entertainment of a much larger town. * Dozens of movie theaters, several live theaters, symphony, opera, art galleries, museums, and active nightlife, and great restaurants are examples of this influence. All are open year-round. * Four area colleges, including a University of California, contribute to this rich culture as well. * From this home you are a 10-minute drive to quiet beaches, great restaurants in a quaint downtown and mountain walks.
