Please inquire about deposits and fees for extended stays. - Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if that week is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if that week is not re-booked.
