$3,500/week .. $500/night add-on rate. One Week Minimum.
Rate includes taxes, weekly maid & linen service, parking, pool service & heating.
High Season Rates apply during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Year, Easter, Spring Break; and the weeks between Memorial Day & Labor Day:
$4,200/week ... $600/night add-on rate. One Week Minimum.
Security Deposit: $700 to $1000; Higher deposit for pets & children.
One-day Party/Event/Photo Shoot Rate: $1500/day & $700 Security Deposit
