Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Lanai Seating: Both bedrooms in Kai Kotch are individually air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans. The downstairs living area is ventilated by ceiling fans and the natural breezes of the tradewinds. This gives Kai Kotch a true Caribbean 'inside-outside' casual and relaxed feel. The living room and dining area both have large sliding glass doors that open directly onto a large screened lanai, with 'wet-swimsuit-proof' cool and comfortable screen fabric seating in lounge chairs and at a breakfast table on the lanai.
