Newer sharp condominium on the way to the beach featuring a beautiful landscaped, private courtyard. Modern interior with full kitchen, all appliances, central air, sky light, ceramic tile on kitchen & bath floors, also tiled tub/shower, full size stackable washer/dryer, cable TV with DVD player & VCR, broadband WiFi, new linens, and plush towels. Just what you'd expect at a nice hotel. Why pay more for a small hotel room, when you can have a clean, quiet, 2 bedroom spacious condo with more amenities? Sticklers for cleanliness, we know what it's like to have a bad experience. Not here.. we promise it to be up to very high standards with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. Condo complex (overstatement) has only 9 units. Situated on 1 acre with 5 units in a 1 story building and 4 units in the other. Large, expansive lawn area and picnic tables separate the buildings.. Only 2 units are vacation rentals and each has its very own lush private courtyard.

From the 'Courtyard Condominium' you can walk to the golf course, walk to the beach, dock your boat and walk to Tower Marine, hike the dunes, or take a ride on the only hand-cranked, chain ferry operating in the USA. For the adventuresome, hop on the 'Duck,' Saugatuck's WWII amphibious tour boat (tank?) or ride the nearby dune schooners.
