Hunter House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- start at $750 per night for a group of up to 15 people. $40 per adult per night $20 per kid
- $750 per night is for up to 15 people during Off season. After 15 people the rate is $50 per person per night. it is best to contact the owner for rates.
Weekend rates for Summer is as follows: up to 15 people $1,500
Up to 20 people $2,000
Up to 25 people $2,500
Up to 30 people $3,000
Up to 35 people $3,300
Up to 40 people $3,800.
Prom groups are $95 per person per night. - Rates vary according to season and length of stay. Please contact owner for rates. All reservations are final. Deposits will be refunded if and only if we manage to re-rent the house for the same rate.
