Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit of 500 dollars for damages in cash at arrival or equivalent in other currency. Air conditioning will be charged on a pay as you go basis. The meter (separate from the rest of the electricity in the villa) will be set at the beginning of the rental in presence of the guests and billed at the end of the stay. Discounts available for rentals of two or more weeks at certain periods, also for last minute (2 weeks) booking.
- Rates include daily maid service, gardener, night guardians, pool attendant, on-site manager.
Towel changes mid and end week, sheets end week. Extra towel/sheet changes, beach towels, cook, baby-sitting, personal laundry can be arranged at a modest fee.
