A recliner, TV, and wet bar with mini fridge are also in the master! The den on the main level has a 1/2 bath and a full sized sleeper sofa, with a 4' memory foam topper. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a washer dryer, shower, and an expansive shared deck.
