There is a separate, charming 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage available to rent for groups exceeding the capacity of the main house (between 11 and 14 people).
This property is also wonderful for small family reunions or accommodations for nearby weddings. - Prepayment and cancellation policy: Due to our small size, reservations and cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we require a non-refundable prepayment of 100% of the total amount due upon reservation (see rates below), which includes a 9% San Luis Obispbo County lodging tax on the total and a refundable security/damage deposit. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 100 wineries and vineyards in the region noted for their excellence in quality. This region is approximately 10 times the size of Napa, an often overlooked piece of trivia. This property known as 'Cripple Creek Mountain Ranch' is centrally located between the Paso Robles, Atascadero and Templeton wineries and only 30 minutes away from the wonderful wineries surrounding San Luis Obispo. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, rodeos, and the famous Mid-State Fair. The main house is great for a large group boasting a comfortable 3,500 sf (4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath). The downstairs is finished in the traditional Craftsman style with beautiful 6' baseboards, lovely door and window casings. This property is ideal for small weddings and/or family reunions or if you are looking for a private romantic get-away, the country cottage is the perfect answer.
