The pool area: Our 30 ft x 20 ft custom south-facing pool/spa and oversized screened-in pool deck with custom multi-positional pool furniture provide a sunny and spacious area for you and your guests to enjoy swimming, sunning and dining al-fresco. Plush pool towels for up to ten people are provided. An overhead lighted fan on the lanai is remote-controlled. Our stainless steel 4-burner gas BBQ is included at no additional charge. All doors accessing pool area are equipped with alarms. Our oversized back yard provides a park-like setting and is fenced in on four sides to provide total privacy from any neighbors
Other amenities: Our kitchen is outfitted with all major and small appliances, cookware, tableware and utensils. Our living area is open and airy with tiled floors throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. Our living/great room features comfortable seating and a 42' plasma tv with DVR and DVD player. Other amenities include remote-controlled lighting and ceiling fans, air-conditioning, high chair, full-size portable crib with deluxe matress and coordinating sheets, bedding and bumpers; indoor laundry room w/washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. Games room includes air hockey, foosball & electronic darts. Desktop computer is connected to a HP printer/scanner/copier; Broadband internet; LINKSYS router for wireless internet There are 4 telephones plus a digital answering machine. Fully-monitored home-security system for your protection and peace-of-mind.
For the sports enthusiast:: In addition to being a great location for Disney attractions, our lovely vacation home is close to many PGA and LPGA golf courses. Bring your clubs! Also a great place to stay during the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the Ginn Open, the Funai Classic and for racing fans, an easy drive to the Daytona 500.
