Carolina Beach Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100.00 additional fee for linens to be included.
- A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order or payment by credit card for the deposit with initial booking. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Upon your arrival, the $300 deposit converts to a damage deposit.
- Upon receiving your security deposit and a signed, dated copy of the Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation will be mailed to you. Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will mail you travel directions and the lock code to access the house.
