Flat screen TV and stereo system in living room; cable & wireless Internet; games, movies & toys. Outdoor shower. Driveway has space for 3-4 cars. Very short walk (less than 5 min) down street to beach, Tikki Grill, and ice cream! A mile down the road is the town lake for paddleboats, fireworks, and outdoor movies. Five minute drive to the Boardwalk, Marina for Charter Fishing Boats, NC Aquarium, Ft. Fisher, or ferry to Southport/Myrtle Beach. Ten minute drive to multiple golf courses and the State Park for hiking by the Cape Fear River. Twenty minute drive to downtown Wilmington for shopping, fine dining, children's museum, horse drawn carriages, USS NC Battleship. Credit Cards accepted. No smoking.

  • $100.00 additional fee for linens to be included.
  • A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order or payment by credit card for the deposit within 7 days of initial booking. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Upon your arrival, the $300 deposit converts to a damage deposit.
  • Upon receiving your security deposit and a signed, dated copy of the Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation will be mailed to you. Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will mail you travel directions and the lock code to access the house.

Cancellations: If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
