955 Norfolk Avenue is a restored miner's house. It is an historical
landmark. In order to keep the house in its current great state, we collect
a $200 cleaning deposit. In most cases this deposit is returned. However, in
certain cases, not limited to but including - smoking, excessive wear and
tear, more than 8 people occupying the property, excessive trash, etc. - we
will keep this deposit in order to offset incremental cleaning cost. Thanks
for your understanding.
