South Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our rate is $200 per night for 2 persons, winter or summer, weekend or weekday.
- $200 per night double occupancy with 3 night minimum. ($25 per person, per night supplement for more than 2 people.) We charge a $400 security deposit (in addition to rental fees). There is a 4% handling fee on the entire rental. The $100 cleaning fee and $30 air conditioning/electric surcharge will be deducted from the security deposit. We prefer payment via Paypal but we do accept credit cards or you may wire funds to our account.
