Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    Non Refundable Cleaning Fee $150-$175/stay depending on group size.
    Pet Fee of $100/stay.
    Refundable Security of $100.
    $1200 for a 7 night rental
    $4000 for a 30 day rental.

  • Memorial Weekend rate is $249 per night - 3 night minimum
    4th of July is $399 July 5 - 7 is $249 (3 night minimum)
    Christmas is $399 - Dec 26 is $349 - Dec 27-29 is $249 - Dec 30 is $349
    New Years Eve is $399 - Jan 1st is $349 - Jan 2-7 is $249 (3 night minimum) ($200 non refundable cleaning)
