Breckenridge Lodge Details
Ascending the hewn wood staircase from the foyer, you will find the two master suites and a sleeping loft. The first master suite offers a king-sized log bed and a stone fireplace. The suites travertine marble bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a large steam shower. The second master bedroom offers a queen-sized log bed with a sleeper sofa, and a charming bathroom with a full-size bathtub. The loft area has futon sleeping for up to 3 people, as well as a television and DVD player.
On the lower level of the house, you will find a large recreation room which offers a TV with DVD player and ample seating, a pool table, and a wet bar area. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level; the first is a master suite with a queen-sized log bed and a twin log bunk bed in the room. This suites bathroom has a full-sized bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a queen log bed and a twin log bunk bed. A full bathroom on this level serves the fourth bedroom and the recreation room. There is also a laundry room on the lower level with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. This stunning home is conveniently located within walking distance of both downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes. It is just a 2 block walk along a wooded path to the Quicksilver lift or a 2 block walk over paved surfaces to the shuttle stop. With a great location and great amenities, Mountain Lodge at the Preserve is the perfect spot for a family or multi-family getaway!
