Wonderful historic farm house with 3 floors, 4 bedrooms. This home is near Lake Champlain, so bring your boat or rent one! Located in a beautiful pastoral setting with gorgeous mountain views into the heart of the Adirondacks and Green Mountains. Alpacas and horses in the pastures with accommodations for guests' horses. Come enjoy a true Vermont vacation. The master suite is on the 3rd floor, complete with most spectacular sunset and sunrise views, and a 2 person jacuzzi tub. The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 large full bathroom with two sinks. The beds are 2 queens, 3 twins. The house is furnished with family antiques over throw rugs and wood floors. Additional shower and laundry room is located on the first floor. Look for the antique dance floor in the dining/game room. Enjoy the library/reading area, living room, and full kitchen. Well-behaved pets welcome, however, there is a pet fee. A perfect vacation spot for spending quiet time in the countryside with your loved ones.

Horseback riding nearby, or bring your own horses. Shopping available in Middlebury, Lake Placid, or Burlington. In addition, we welcome all guests to our Alpaca Ranch just a mile down the road for tours.

- All bedrooms come with bedding, They are tastefully furnished to go with the historic Vermont Fiddlers farm. All bedrooms have wood floors with throw rugs. The master suite has a 2 person jacuzzi tub with a sitting area and small deck at the top of the house and gorgeous mountain views. The floral room has a queen bed with lovely mountain views a rocker and books for your reading enjoyment. The Lavender room has 2 twin beds which can be made into a king when requested and books for your reading enjoyment. The Kids bunk room has a single twin bed with desk area and 2 chairs for sitting. There are 2 camp cots available for small children if needed. There is also a double air mattress available. The lavender room twin beds can be made into a king upon request.
