Charlottetown Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1600/$900 off season
- Weekly rate includes one meal: brunch, lunch or supper. Choose your time in advance please. We can for instance have dinner ready upon arrival. If you would like to meet us we will cook dinner on location and join you for dinner and chat about life on PEI ( we are architects with interests in cooking, design, landscape, suatainability, movies, music, arts and theater and ballroom dancing).
Some guests plan events such as a reception or show during their stay. Cost of events $500 per day, depends on services provided and set-up costs. Loft can seat 24 for dining or up to 40 for workshop, reception or show, and can include overnight stay. If you are renting on a weekly basis and require no set-up services there is no extra charge for events such as you hosting a dinner for 12 yourselves, which can easily be accommodated. Professional chef can be provided. - Monthly rate July and August $5000/month. June and September $4000/month. No taxes if rented on a monthly basis
