- The apts are on the ground floor, with the exact same layout, from front to back over 65 feet, large back garden, each apt have 2 bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, all rooms have plasma t.v., high speed internet access and phone for local use. All linen, towels are supplied, in the kitchen we leave you with supplies of bottled water, milk, juice, tea, coffee, etc. The apts are home away from home really, they are quiet and peaceful, yet you are in Manhattan and close to all public transport.

One apt or two apts: You have the choice of taking one apt or two apts, we have another listing on here for one apt, the property is for the one apt in cyber rentals is 170501. The apts are exactly the same, and have been refurbished especially for the short term leasing market, hence they are on the ground floor for comfort, back garden to relax, or for smokers. The advertiser is the owner of the apts, so have no fear of someone subletting without permission. The apts are home from home really, with lots of shops close by, and minutes to all your sight seeing in the Big Apple. This area is very safe, as is most of New York City, unlike it was some 20 years ago. The area is undergoing lots of change, new buildings are going up, so too are prices. The area is home to Bill Clinton's offices. We are close to central park, and the museum mile. There is so much to do and see in this area alone, but do try get the open top bus and see all of what the Big Apple has to offer.
