Boothbay Harbor Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Updated 8/20/08: We are currently reserved from August 16 to September 14 at our cottage. We do have availability in the remainder of September into mid-October (and are willing to rent for shorter or longer stays). Please see below regarding friends of ours who may have availability in August, September and early October.
Please inquire if you are looking for a shorter stay than a week as we may be able to accommodate you.
50% Deposit due at booking, balance due 3 weeks before arrival date.
We only rent 10 weeks, therefore, if you have to cancel for any reason and we are able to fill your date(s), we will refund your money.
Sometimes we make exceptions for pets with pre-approval and $500 Pet Deposit.
Usually, book from Saturday to Saturday but will do other nights, if available.
7% Maine State Tax is required, we accept Checks and Money Orders.

Updated 8/20//08: We have friends and neighbors who own two homes in the Boothbay Harbor Region. One is a sister property to our cottage on Spruce Point that is booked August 30 to September 6, but currently is available August 23 to 30 and September 6 to 13. They also have a home on Barter's Island (3 miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor and right near the Botanical Gardens) which has availability between August 23 and October 15. They prefer their rentals to be Saturday to Saturday, but could work with you if you need a shorter stay.

Boothbay Harbor Cottage Details
2009 Season Rentals: We will begin taking reservations for the 2009 Season on January 15 from those who have not rented with us before. Prior to January 15, we will be accepting reservations from our family, friends, and those who have rented from us in the past. Reservations will always be taken on a first come, first serve basis with a deposit. We hope to be able to accommodate you in 2009. Should you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact us though this website!
