Folly Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1250-$2350 weekly, $400 - $675 for 2 day weekend from Sept. 1 - Mar.
- Weekly rentals only - Sunday to Sunday- $2350 during peak time - Weekend rental from Sept. 1 - March 31 also available for $400 - $675 for 2 night weekend.
A $300 deposit is due within 3 days of reservation. It is nonrefundable unless cancellation is made 60 days before arrival. The rest of the rent will be due at least 30 days before check-in.
Check in time is Sunday 4:00pm - 6:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am, for weekly rental during peak. After peak for weekend rentals check out times may change.
As of March 2011, the tax rate will change to 12.5%.

Master bedroom is a suite w/ jacuzzi tub, walk in tile shower and TV w/ cable Bedroom 2 is downstairs and has a queen bed, private bath w/ shower/tub and TV w/ cable Bedroom 3 is upstairs w/ queen bed, share a bath w/ shower/tub, TV w/ cable Bedroom 4 is upstairs w/ 2 twin beds, share a bath, TV w/ cable There are 2 twin mattresses available if needed to sleep more people. All bedrooms are large in size and all have TVs w/ cable. All mattresses are very comfortable. We have added fast access internet access also. We do not provide access to pay per view.
