Finding a single family home, a block from the beach, with a pool shared by only 9 homes, is almost impossible to find in this area.
Layout of the House: Top floor: Deck facing Ocean - Living Room (TV, Stereo and DVD player) and Kitchen and Half Bath, Master Bedroom with Full Bathroom (Queen Bed). Middle Floor: Deck Facing Ocean off of Master Bedroom with Full Bath (Queen Bed) (TV), Middle Bedroom has Bunk Bed- twin on top, Full Bed on bottom, Full Bathroom, Back Bedroom has 3 sets of Bunk Beds, Washer and Dryer in closet on this floor. Bottom Floor: Front of house is a bonus room. Queen Size Futon Bed and 2 Twin Futon Beds. TV and DVD player, This room doubles as an additional living room.
