Ocean City Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • January thru April 2008 - $1,200 per week
  • January thru April 2008 - $1,200 per week
    May 2008 - $ 1,200 to $ 1,500 per week
    June 2008 - $1,600 to $2,100 per week
    July 2008 - $ 2,300 per week
  • August 2008 - $2,400 per week
    September 2008 - $1,500 to $1,300 per week
    October thru December 2008 - $1,200 per week

    One week minimum rental (Sat. to Sat.) during months of May thru September. Three night minimum during other months at a rate of $350 per night.
    Require security deposit of $250.
    Towels and bed linens are NOT supplied.
