- Major credit card needed to guarantee reservation (Visa / M/C). Balance due two weeks prior arrival.
- Cancellation Policy for Booking/Security Deposit: Full refund minus $25.00 cancellation fee 30 days from arrival. 50% refund minus $25.00 for 15 to 29 days from arrival. No refund for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival unless we rebook some or all of the days. For accident, illness or deceased family we will allow you to apply the funds to a future stay.
