Air-conditioned, stroll to Oak Bluffs in minutes.: Within a 10-minute walk of the house is the Harbor, the boardwalk, the Flying Horses, sport fishing boats, ferries to Nantucket or the mainland for day trips, many restaurants and carry-outs, art galleries, dock eateries and fabulous shopping, Amongst the gingerbread houses, a 5 minutes' walk away, there is an extraordinary magical community to view, the weekly community sing, band concerts, and celebrity concerts take place here in the open-air concert hall. A fabulous waterview park is less than a 2 minutes' walk away-feed the ducks, fly your kite, play ball and throw Frisbees, and yet a third waterview park is a 10 minutes' walk further-with benches, a gingerbread gazebo, wading and small sailboat pond, and flowerbeds-a fun community gathering spot.
